Position Summary

:The Engineering Manager will lead the Engineering team for the BHQ Process Plant, ensuring efficient execution of engineering functions, delivery of sustaining capital projects, and continuous improvement of plant reliability. This role is central to driving safe, cost-effective, and high-performance engineering outcomes aligned with operational goals

Key Responsibilities

:Department Leadership

:• Embed safety as a core value within the Engineering department

.• Ensure the Engineering team delivers exceptional service and support to Operations and Maintenance teams

.• Ensure all plant equipment and infrastructure meet statutory requirements, engineering standards, and industry best practices

.• Provide strong leadership and guidance to foster team efficiency and performance

.• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

.• Uphold company values and model expected behaviors

.• Promote cross-departmental collaboration to improve plant and business outcomes

• Manage vendor, contractor, and service provider relationships to meet performance and contractual expectations

.• Ensure the Engineering team operates to the highest standards of professionalism and technical excellence

Position Requirements

:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering

.• Minimum 19 years of experience in heavy industry (mining, metals, or mineral processing preferred)

.• Strong understanding of local and international engineering standards

.• Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

.• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in building, mentoring, and managing technical teams

.• The Professional from Power plant, Electrical and mechanical background my apply.

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

.• Proficient in budgeting, cost estimation, and capital project planning

.• Strong knowledge of compliance and statutory regulations

.• Experience working in remote or site-based project environments

.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Beside CTC we are also give ESOP @150% of the which is given every year and complete in 5 years

.• We assure about 30% increment every year by giving 30% of CTC as ESOP every year, to be paid on sixth year this is over and above PMS increment
