Responsibilities span the full order cyclefrom sampling through shipment—while working closely with sourcing, external processing houses, production, logistics, and suppliers. Cultivate long-term partnerships with large retailers, wholesalers and importers; lead pricing negotiations, contract finalizations and programme renewals. Direct trade-fair participation, digital campaigns and seasonal collection launches to strengthen brand visibility and demand generation. Monitor raw-material trends and competitor activities; recommend pricing adjustments and demand forecasts to senior leadership. Make sure yarn meets quality specs, production plans are met, costs are controlled, and the team works safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Run ring and rotor departments across blow room, carding, draw frame, speed frame, ring frames, winding and rotors. Plan daily/weekly production and count mix; balance load between ring and rotor. Maintain quality at source (Uster checks, CVm/IPI/hairiness, CSP/RKM) and keep machines in good condition with planned maintenance. Track output, efficiency and quality; fix issues quickly with the team. Manage budget for power, spares and labour; keep waste and rework low. Hire, train and schedule operators/technicians/supervisors; keep skills up to date. Oversee fibre mix and inventory; coordinate with PPC, stores and dispatch for ontime deliveries. KPIs Quality: U%, IPI, hairiness, CSP/RKM; customer complaints. Efficiency: Ring/rotor efficiency %, OEE; end breakages and rotor enddowns. Cost: kWh/kg, waste %, conversion cost/kg.
