Role & responsibilities Role Overview: Lead the entire manufacturing operation for Ramabhadras bed-linen range (sheets, pillowcases, duvets, shams, napkins ). Ensure every order meets quality standards, ships on time, and hits cost targets, while continuously improving plant efficiency and building a skilled workforce. Key Responsibilities: Direct all sewing, finishing and packing lines for bed-linen products. Create and manage detailed production schedules; balance capacity to meet customer deadlines. Maintain strict quality-control and preventive-maintenance systems. Collaborate with senior management on capacity expansion, capital projects and technology upgrades. Introduce automation and lean tools to raise OEE, cut waste and improve product quality. Track output, efficiency and quality KPIs; realign resources to achieve targets. Prepare and manage the plant budget; monitor and reduce operational expenses. Recruit, onboard and train operators, technicians and supervisors to keep the plant fully staffed and competent. Oversee raw-material inventory, inbound logistics and outbound shipments; resolve supply-chain bottlenecks. Candidate Profile: • 5–10 years in bed-linen or home-textile manufacturing • Proven success in production planning, lean implementation, quality systems and supply-chain optimization. • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and motivate cross-functional teams. • Degree or diploma in Textile Technology or Industrial Engineering. • Strong commercial acumen, budgeting skills and clear communication with customers and regulators. Role & responsibilities Act as the primary link between customers and the factory, ensuring every order is produced to specification, on time, and within quality and cost targets. Responsibilities span the full order cyclefrom sampling through shipment—while working closely with sourcing, external processing houses, production, logistics, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities • Translate customer specifications into clear production requirements and communicate quality/testing protocols. • Source and process fabrics, trims, and accessories; negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable processing houses (dyeing, printing, finishing); negotiate processing costs, verify lead-time commitments, and conduct on-site quality audits. • Develop and maintain a time-and-action (TNA) calendar; schedule production with planning and floor supervisors to maximize resource utilization. • Manage workflow from initial sample development through bulk production, securing approvals at each stage. • Facilitate daily coordination with factory departments—fabric, accessories, merchandising, QA, logistics—to resolve issues quickly. • Coordinate logistics: book freight, prepare shipping documentation, monitor dispatches, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. • Prepare detailed packing lists and oversee carton marking/labeling requirements. • Monitor production and processing progress; address delays or quality deviations, escalating critical issues when necessary. • Provide regular status reports to internal teams and clients on milestones, delivery schedules, and potential risks. Candidate Profile • 5–8 years’ experience as a merchandiser in home textiles or apparel (bed-linen preferred). • Proven ability to source and manage external processing houses, including cost, quality, and timeline control. • Solid understanding of fabric constructions, trims, accessory sourcing, and logistics coordination. • Proficiency with TNA management, costings, and basic ERP/MRP systems. • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills; effective liaison with buyers, factories, processors, and freight partners. • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple orders in a fast-turn environment. • Fluency in Telugu and English; familiarity with South-Indian supply bases preferred. • Graduate in Textile Technology, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Role Overview: The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for driving global revenue growth for Ramabhadra bed-linen portfolio. The role demands strategic market development, rigorous key-account management and close coordination with internal teams to achieve ambitious export targets while protecting margins.Key Responsibilities: Deliver and expand a 50 plus crore sales pipeline across North America, Europe and priority domestic channels, consistently meeting or exceeding annual turnover goals. Identify high-potential markets and channels, including brick-and-mortar retailers, e-commerce platforms and private-label opportunities; develop and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies. Cultivate long-term partnerships with large retailers, wholesalers and importers; lead pricing negotiations, contract finalizations and programme renewals. Direct trade-fair participation, digital campaigns and seasonal collection launches to strengthen brand visibility and demand generation. Monitor raw-material trends and competitor activities; recommend pricing adjustments and demand forecasts to senior leadership. Liaise with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing and Logistics to ensure on-time-in-full deliveries and rapid issue resolution. – Track and report key performance indicators such as sales, margins and customer-satisfaction metrics. Candidate Profile: Experience: 5–10 years in bed-linen or home-textile sales and marketing with a leading company; proven track record of building and managing a 50 Cr+ order book. Education: Degree in Textile Technology or Business Administration; MBA or diploma preferred . Competencies: Established network of international buyers, strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, proficiency in export documentation and costing, data-oriented decision-making
