Job Description

  • Job Title:** Plant HR - Executive

The Plant HR Executive plays a critical role in managing and facilitating the human resources functions at our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive will act as a liaison between management and employees to promote a healthy workplace culture. This role requires a proactive approach to organizational development and an ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with plant management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve performance.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems.
  • Liaise with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring a clear understanding and compliance.
  • Assist in implementing performance management systems and support managers with performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Address employee grievances and conduct investigations when necessary, fostering a respectful workplace environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, safety, and well-being.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Educational Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) would be a plus.
