As an Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of engineering projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Breakdown handling in shift as a shift incharge Manpower handling in shift Why-why analysis of breakdowns . Breakdown enetry in SAP Performance appraisal of subordinates Saction leave and gatepass of subordinates To maintain spare part inventory To improve performance of equipments for better MTBF and MTTR Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electrical / Electronics or related field). [4-6] years of relevant engineering experience in automotive industry.
