Role Summary

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead NPI and FATP projects, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and KPI creation.
Manage the entire FATP lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring all customer requirements and milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, generate regular performance reports, and resolve issues or delays promptly.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of
FATP and SMT processes
(SMA + SA + Coating), including assembly, testing, and packaging.
Ability to review technical documentation such as electrical drawings and test procedures.

Communication & Coordination:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Host and manage internal cross-functional team meetings to review project progress.
Engage with customers for daily follow-ups on AR items and project updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in managing NPI, FATP, and SMT projects in an EMS environment.
Strong technical knowledge of assembly and testing processes.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict timelines.
Proficient in project management tools and reporting.
