People Development & Site-Level Communications
- Lead and support initiatives focused on employee growth and capability building.
- Drive a learning and development culture across the plant.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities to boost morale and satisfaction.
- Work towards improving the Employee Satisfaction Score.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and plant-level statutory obligations.
Third-Party Labour Management
- Manage contract labor including NAPS and NEEM programs.
- Coordinate with external contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Committee Coordination & Grievance Handling
- Collaborate with various internal committees.
- Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Your profile as Plant HR Business Partner:
- MBA or equivalent degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong background in employee engagement, people development, learning & development, and internal communications.
- Experience in managing statutory compliance and contract labor.
- Skilled in coordinating with labor unions and handling related issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
