About the Team:

The team plays a pivotal role in driving people-centric initiatives at the site level, with a strong focus on employee development, engagement, and compliance. The responsibilities are strategically distributed to ensure a balanced approach to operational excellence and workforce well-being.

People Development & Site-Level Communications

  • Lead and support initiatives focused on employee growth and capability building.
  • Drive a learning and development culture across the plant.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities to boost morale and satisfaction.
  • Work towards improving the Employee Satisfaction Score.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and plant-level statutory obligations.

Third-Party Labour Management

  • Manage contract labor including NAPS and NEEM programs.
  • Coordinate with external contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Committee Coordination & Grievance Handling

  • Collaborate with various internal committees.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.

Your profile as Plant HR Business Partner:

  • MBA or equivalent degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong background in employee engagement, people development, learning & development, and internal communications.
  • Experience in managing statutory compliance and contract labor.
  • Skilled in coordinating with labor unions and handling related issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
