Global Project Manager -HR / HR Transformation Manager

Role Summary

Manage and co-ordinate GBS-related project activities related to HR operations implementation for the Wave

Key responsibilities

• Drive identification and mobilisation of the local Functional project resources for the Wave
• Drive identification and mobilisation of the Functional operations backfills, if required
• Support preparation and relevant updates to the Integrated Project Plan for the Wave
• Ensure enablement, participation and co-ordination for project meetings required for the Wave, as a part of the pre-defined project governance framework
• Establish upstream and downstream collaboration channels for the project team & stakeholders
• Coordinate and communicate complete set of action plans with project stakeholders
• Validate relevance for the future set-up of Wave-specific auxiliary systems used in Functional operations
• Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners and support validation of the global process design
• Work closely with PMO, Wave Business Leaders, IT Lead and other key project resources
• Oversee execution of all Wave-specific project activities based on the Integrated Project Plan
• Identify, monitor and communicate project risks, propose mitigation actions, as required
• Oversee preparation of project progress reporting and report-out progress to Business Leaders and GBS Transformation Lead as a part of the pre-defined project governance framework
• Support achievement of Wave-specific Business Case, validate deviations and propose solutions to close identified gaps, if any
• Collaborate closely with GBS management and Tower leads to ensure SSC resources readiness for Knowledge Transfer and subsequent SSC operational support for the Wave
• Support preparation and execution of Knowledge Transfer activities into the SSC
• Support re-modelling of the retained organization towards Target Operating Model
• Oversee preparation and ensure completeness and availability of all Wave-specific project documentation, incl. project reference materials and process desktop procedures

Required knowledge and experience

• Bachelors' degree in HR or equivalent
• At least 8-12 years experience in the GBS departments of a major corporation
• Advanced know-how of Wave-specific TAG GBS and Business operations
• Advanced understanding of the TAG IT toolset and toolset functionalities used by the Wave and Business operational teams
• Business case and project controlling expertise
• Hands-on experience with project management toolset, incl. Microsoft package
• Project management and transformation know-how in a large-scale organization
• Previous consulting experience is a plus
