Planning Manager

You will be responsible for leading the Planning Division within the Planning & Design department in Bhubaneswar. Your main focus will be to oversee end-to-end project planning, designing, scheduling, and monitoring. This will involve developing strategies, creating detailed execution plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery within specified time, cost, and quality parameters. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of planners, designers, and coordinators; developing project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans; overseeing project designing & engineering planning; preparing and monitoring project budgets, timelines, and progress tracking reports; identifying risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures; coordinating with other departments to align planning with business goals; maintaining project documentation, progress reports, dashboards, and MIS; ensuring compliance with industry standards, quality norms, and company guidelines; driving process improvements and mentorship of team members. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical preferred); an MBA or PMP/Primavera certification would be advantageous. You should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project planning & design, preferably in EPC, infrastructure, or power sector. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP systems is essential, along with expertise in planning, scheduling, and project control techniques. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.,
