◆ Project PlanningCarry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organize all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organization's project management framework.◆ Project Reporting and ReviewDraft elements of project review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process.◆ Data Collection and AnalysisExtract relevant data from information provided by others, and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats.◆ Work Scheduling and AllocationAssign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.◆ Continuous ImprovementContribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.◆ Document PreparationOrganize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.◆ Project Close-out and HandoverDraft elements of product documentation and user training to support handover to business as usual.
