Planner

As a Fuel Distribution Planner at India Fuels & Logistics Global Capability Centre (F&L GCC), you will play a crucial role in managing stock movements across the supply chain network to contribute to the global growth of F&L at ACT. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various departments such as Global Technology, Business Units, and Support functions. - Maintain optimal stock cover at each location and work towards minimizing distribution costs. - Effectively communicate with key internal stakeholders to align with business needs. - Ensure precise and cost-effective fuel supply planning to achieve the lowest unit cost delivered for planned trucks. - Summarize planning indicators, conduct analyses, and generate reports to support operational goals. - Collaborate with supply, operations, BU fuel team, and other units within the company to ensure an efficient value chain. - Handle operational issues, suggest planning improvements, support projects, and provide solutions to customer complaints. - Monitor inventory levels at fuel stations, ensure compliance with HSSE targets, and optimize fleet planning performance metrics. - Recommend multiple approaches to business stakeholders, collaborate closely with colleagues, and be available for 24*7 operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 2-4 years of relevant experience in logistics and operations planning. - Strong mathematical and analytical skills. - Fluency in English (written and oral). - Behavioral skills: analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, innovation, agility, and a global mindset. - Technical skills: expertise in demand planning, distribution planning, fleet management, knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel/MS Office Suite), mathematics, and analysis.,
