Planner

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Spin Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination with suppliers for product planning and job arrangements. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring system accuracy of production orders and planning parameters. - Maintaining good service and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborating with suppliers, engineers, and quality assurance staff to meet delivery plans. - Handling daily correspondences and expediting supplier schedules and deliveries. - Monitoring supplier production capacity, production status, and material control. - Following up on rejects from quality control inspections and managing raw material/WIP inventory. - Handling purchasing, planning, and distribution activities independently. - Supervising vendor's daily production plans and ensuring they align with delivery schedules. - Proactively identifying potential supply risks and resolving them at an early stage. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A college degree or above with 5-6 years of relevant work experience in Toys of Trading/Buying Office or FMCG industry. - Enthusiasm, motivation for new challenges, cooperativeness, and excellent teamwork skills. - Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP. - Excellent command of written and spoken English and the ability to work independently with overseas customers and vendors. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
