Planner

As a candidate looking to build a career with a leading global children's toy, entertainment, and digital gaming company like Spin Master, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: - Coordinate with suppliers regarding product planning and job arrangements. - Ensure accuracy of production orders and planning parameters in the system. - Maintain good service and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and quality assurance staff to meet delivery plans. - Handle daily correspondences from suppliers and headquarters. - Expedite supplier schedules and deliveries. - Monitor supplier production capacity, production status, and material control. - Follow up on rejects from quality control inspections. - Understand the capacities of assigned products and work with vendors to achieve committed capacities. - Manage raw material/WIP inventory of vendors to ensure material availability and control liability. - Independently handle purchasing, planning, and distribution activities for assigned suppliers. - Supervise vendor's daily production plans to ensure they fulfill delivery schedules. - Monitor production plan execution on a daily basis. - Address supply issues of assigned products and work closely with vendors and internal teams to minimize impacts and identify corrective actions. - Review supplier performance in terms of On-Time Delivery (OTD), planning flexibility, and material availability on a regular basis. - Proactively identify potential supply risks and resolve them at an early stage. - Help and coach vendors to improve their reliabilities and promote cooperation. - Perform any other duties assigned by your superior. Qualifications Required: - College degree or above. - 5-6 years of relevant work experience in Toys of Trading/Buying Office or FMCG industry, with supplier management experience preferred. - Enthusiastic, motivated by challenges, cooperative, and excellent in working with a multifunctional team. - Strong data analytical skills. - Excellent command of written and spoken English. - Ability to work independently with overseas customers and vendors. - Proficient in ERP systems, with SAP preferred. - Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
