Planner

As a Planner at VES in Faridabad, India, your role will involve executing on-time and in-full delivery of products while providing timely and accurate information to internal and external customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for launching production orders in SAP, monitoring production to ensure on-time deliveries, coordinating rush orders/customer priorities, responding to customer requests for order status updates within 24 hours, supervising final product shipments, coordinating raw material movement, and supporting the cyclical counting process to avoid inventory discrepancies. Additionally, you will use lean principles for continuous improvement and comply with health, safety, and environment system requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Launch production orders in SAP based on the production plan - Monitor production to ensure on-time deliveries and communicate any obstacles - Coordinate rush orders/customer priorities on the floor - Respond to customer requests for order status updates and modifications within 24 hours - Supervise final product shipments and carry out appropriate transactions - Coordinate raw material movement between BV and the plant through SAP - Support the cyclical counting process to avoid inventory discrepancies - Utilize lean principles for continuous improvement - Participate in special projects as assigned **Qualifications Required:** - B.
