Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage both long-term and short-term production plans to meet business objectives.
Oversee material requirements planning (MRP), resolve exception messages, and ensure accurate order scheduling.
Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) performance, identify schedule gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales teams to align with customer demand and dispatch requirements.
Prepare annual sales budgets and production forecasts in coordination with SIOP, ensuring targets for production and sales are achieved.
Review orders, confirm with customers, and maintain optimal safety stock levels for uninterrupted operations.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
2-3 years of hands-on experience in production planning, with strong knowledge of SAP PP.
Solid understanding of material planning and scheduling processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
