Role: Senior Placement Manager – Tech Hiring Location: Remote Engagement: Full-time Salary: As per industry standards Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end placement processes in tech domains like Data Science, Data Analytics DevOps, & Cloud Engineering Coordinate with hiring partners for interview scheduling, feedback, and closure Maintain detailed placement trackers and dashboards Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and support job-role alignment Communicate with learners for interview prep and follow-ups Collaborate with internal teams to improve placement outcomes Desired Skills & Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR operations (preferably in tech hiring) Strong coordination and communication skills Familiarity with Data Science, Data Analytics DevOps & Cloud Engineering Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and online documentation Should be a graduate/postgraduate Self-driven, highly organized, and outcome-oriented Show more Show less
