Technical Specialist

SkillUp Online is seeking full-time Mentors with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics (DA), or Cybersecurity to support our global learner base. This role focuses on mentoring learners virtually, helping them succeed in their learning journey through personalized guidance and program support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual mentoring and support for learners in AI, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity.
• Engage with learners via 1:1 sessions, webinars, emails, and discussion forums.
• Manage and execute online learning programs tailored for global learners.
• Continuously upgrade skills and stay current with evolving technologies in assigned domains.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Development, Sales, SMEs, Vendors) to resolve learner issues.
• Curate and refine learning content and curriculum for B2A, B2B, and B2C clients.
• Contribute to presales efforts for programs by showcasing subject expertise.
• Take ownership of learner success and satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  B.Tech, Engineering, or any relevant degree in Computer Science/IT.

• Experience:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in technical roles within corporate or academic settings.
• Prior exposure to online teaching or virtual mentoring is highly desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure), certifications, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong domain knowledge in AI, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage virtually with learners.
• Motivated to learn and stay updated with latest technologies and tools.
