Placement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Placement Manager to lead our student placement initiatives. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, guiding students through the placement process, and ensuring successful placement outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, and a proven track record in placements.

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with companies and recruitment agencies to create job opportunities.
  
• Plan and execute the entire placement cycle including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and final placements.
  
• Conduct resume building workshops, mock interviews, and personalized career counseling sessions.
  
• Organize placement drives, industry interactions, and career development events.
  
• Coordinate with internal training teams to align students skills with market requirements.
  
• Track placement metrics and refine strategies based on success rates and employer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Looking for candidates with

   1 to 10 years of experience

   in placement management, recruitment, or career services, preferably in the education or training sector.
2. Strong networking skills and established relationships with corporate clients and recruitment partners.
