About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Trainer who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming and related frameworks, combined with the ability to engage students through interactive, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive classroom training on Core Python, Advanced Python, OOPs, Data Structures, File Handling, Libraries, and Frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI, etc.)
• Design and update curriculum, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards
• Mentor students on coding practices, debugging, and best practices
• Guide learners through hands-on projects, coding challenges, and certification prep
• Facilitate mock interviews, project reviews, and placement readiness sessions
• Stay updated with the latest Python trends, libraries, and frameworks

Requirements

✔ Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in Python development
✔ At least 2 years of experience in training/mentoring (corporate or academic)
✔ Strong expertise in Python, Django/Flask, APIs, Data Analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib), and Object-Oriented Programming
✔ Knowledge of Databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Git, and Deployment practices
✔ Relevant certifications (Python, Django, Data Science, etc.) are preferred✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
