Job Title: Placement Manager
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Placement Manager to lead our placement efforts, drive career development, and foster industry partnerships. The successful candidate will manage placement activities, build relationships with employers, and ensure high placement rates while enhancing student career readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Placement Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute placement strategies aligned with institutional goals
- Employer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry partners
- Student Career Development: Guide students on career paths, resume building, and interview preparation
- Placement Process Management: Manage placement drives, interviews, and job offers efficiently
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands
- Alumni Engagement: Foster relationships with alumni for placement opportunities and mentoring
- Reporting and Analytics: Track placement metrics and prepare reports for management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in placements or corporate HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with placement management software is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in managing placement teams or coordinating large-scale recruitment drives
- Proven track record of achieving high placement rates
- Experience in training and development or career counseling
- Knowledge of industry trends and job market demands
Preferred Skills:
- MBA in HR or related field
- Certification in career counseling or placement management
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in placement management software
Salary Range:
₹18,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and industry)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
