The ideal candidate will establish and maintain relationships with companies, ensure high placement rates for trainees, and strategize employment initiatives to enhance career opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Placement Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a structured placement strategy to achieve high employment rates for trained candidates. Industry & Employer Engagement: Build partnerships with companies, industry leaders, and recruiters to create job opportunities. Job Mapping & Career Counseling: Assess job market trends and align training programs with industry demands. Provide career guidance to candidates. Campus & Job Fairs: Organize job fairs, campus drives, and employer interaction sessions to connect trainees with potential employers. Networking & Partnerships: Collaborate with corporate HR teams, staffing agencies, and industry associations to expand placement opportunities.
