Role Description

Job Title: Placement Coordinator

Location: The Skillians Office, Gurgaon (On-site)

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team at The Skillians’ Gurgaon office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing campus placement activities, coordinating with companies, and supporting students throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with companies and recruiters to arrange placement opportunities

Coordinate campus drives, interview schedules, and recruitment events

Guide students with pre-placement preparation and career support

Maintain detailed placement records and reports

Ensure smooth communication between students, recruiters, and internal teams

Handle all documentation related to placement and hiring activities

Required Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong coordination and organizational abilities

Effective time management and multitasking

Problem-solving mindset

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Required Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs

Email drafting and professional correspondence

Familiarity with data management/reporting tools

Basic understanding of CRM or placement tracking systems (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Freshers or candidates with prior coordination experience are encouraged to apply

Must be comfortable with an on-site role in Gurgaon
