Job Summary -

Key Responsibilities -

• Act as the primary point of contact between the institution and recruiting companies for placement activities.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with industry partners and recruiters.
• Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, interviews, and related activities.
• Counsel and guide students regarding career opportunities, industry expectations, and interview preparation.
• Collect and maintain up-to-date student data, placement records, and company databases.
• Collaborate with faculty and training teams to identify skill gaps and suggest appropriate training programs.
• Monitor and report on placement statistics, feedback from recruiters, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all placement processes adhere to institutional policies and timelines.

• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.

Qualification -

• Master's in any field
• Experience - 5+ Years in placement coordinating or corporate relations
• Language - English & Hindi
