Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Placement Coordinator role based in Noida. The Placement Coordinator will oversee and execute placement activities, connect with recruiters, and align students and professionals with the right job opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating placement drives, maintaining employer relationships, mentoring students on career readiness, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role requires active collaboration with career counselors, corporate clients, and internal teams to ensure successful job placements for learners.

Functions of the Placement Office

1. Industry Collaboration

• Build partnerships with IT companies, startups, design studios, and data-driven organizations.
• Maintain an active database of hiring partners.

1. Job Placement Support

• Arrange campus interviews, virtual hiring drives, and referral placements.
• Help students prepare for technical and HR interviews.
• Assist in building resumes, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles.

1. Career Guidance & Mentorship

• Conduct mock interviews, aptitude tests, and career counseling sessions.
• Offer workshops on communication, corporate etiquette, and personal branding.

1. Internship & Live Project Assistance

• Connect students to real-world projects during or after their training.
• Partner with companies offering paid or unpaid internships.

1. Employer Engagement

• Host job fairs, tech talks, and networking events for companies to interact with students.
• Share student performance data and project portfolios with employers.

1. Performance Tracking

• Track placement statistics, alumni success stories, and employer feedback.
• Continuously update training based on industry needs.
