Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and recruiters for student placements and internships.
• Coordinate campus recruitment activities, drives, and placement events.
• Prepare and maintain placement records, reports, and databases.
• Support students with resume preparation, interview readiness, and career counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with academic departments and employers to align opportunities with students’ skills and aspirations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or a related field.
• Preferred Industry : Ed-Tech and Education
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or HR recruitment preferred.
• A proactive and student-focused approach with attention to detail.
