Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assist faculty and students in programming labs (C, C++, Java, Python).
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab systems and software environments.
• Support database-related coursework and projects (DBMS).
• Manage basic web server configurations and deployments.
• Ensure lab equipment and software are up-to-date and functioning.
• Provide technical support during lab sessions and assessments.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 

  C, C++, Java, Python

  .
• Strong understanding of 

  Database Management Systems (DBMS)

  .
• Basic knowledge of 

  web server management

   (Apache, IIS, or similar).
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience in academic or technical lab support.
• Certifications in programming or server management are a plus.
