Responsibilities Partner with the Technical Recruiting Lead to drive the full cycle recruitment strategy and results Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies - including driving a recruitment plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking, and direct sourcing Utilize strategic advising and influencing skills; demonstrate staffing expertise and provide recommendations to hiring managers Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a highly engaging candidate experience Serve as the talent specialist on critical recruiting initiatives – craft and implement sourcing and pipeline strategy.
