Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold outreach.
• Generate and qualify leads to expand the company’s client base.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
• Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies for lead generation and client retention.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly results.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
