Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building client relationships across both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves working on global freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, as well as leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate high-quality leads through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru) and convert them into business opportunities.

- Identify and pursue B2B and B2C leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and networking.

- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their business goals.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and delivery) to create proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead targets.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to maximize lead generation opportunities.

Requirements

- Proven experience (At least 1 year) in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT, SaaS, marketing, or digital services sector.

- Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru) and ability to generate projects independently.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to generate B2B and B2C leads via multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, social media).

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, etc.).

- Understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, or Web Development services.
