Business Development Manager (BDM) – Franchise

A Business Development Manager (BDM) – Franchise is responsible for driving business growth through franchise development and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on identifying new franchise opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring the long-term success of the franchise network. The BDM plays a key role in expanding the company’s footprint, optimizing resources, and supporting overall business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Franchise Development

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new franchise opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential markets and assess competitive positioning.
• Manage the franchise recruitment process, including lead generation, qualification, and onboarding.

2. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing continuous support and business guidance.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and franchise partners to ensure mutual success.

3. Strategic Planning and Resource Management

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and franchise performance goals.
• Allocate and manage company resources efficiently to support franchise operations and expansion.
• Monitor sales performance, financial results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies to attract potential franchise partners and drive brand visibility.
• Contribute to training programs and initiatives to enhance franchisee capabilities and uphold brand standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
