Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through proactive networking and employer branding initiatives.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

• Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
• Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently and transparently.

3. Performance Management

• Coordinate the annual performance review process and support managers in goal-setting and evaluation.
• Track KPIs, assist in feedback sessions, and help design performance improvement plans.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Design and execute engagement initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.
• Conduct town halls, recognition programs, and employee feedback surveys.
• Act as a culture ambassador to reinforce Edgetech’s core values.

5. Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external learning sessions.
• Maintain training records and monitor learning effectiveness.

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare periodic HR dashboards (attrition, hiring, attendance, etc.).
• Analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
