Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, processing, and closing loan applications, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential customers for various loan products.
Explain loan products, features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect and verify necessary documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for processing and disbursal.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and follow up with customers regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and support.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations (RBI, KYC norms, etc.).

Key Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Fresher to 1 years of experience in loan sales or financial services (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply)

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of financial products and documentation
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (if applicable)

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: range 12 k to 16k
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
