Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharma Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and formulating strategies to expand the company’s market presence. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential partnership opportunities, and representing the company in industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, strategy, and relationship management skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, API marketing, and understanding of B2B sales
• Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Educational background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Business Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of supply chain and regulatory requirements is an advantage
