Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, your role will involve calling customers to advise them on the availability of products and services for purchase. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and prospecting potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking. - Conducting product presentations and explaining the features, benefits, and terms of credit card offerings. - Assessing the financial needs and eligibility of customers to recommend suitable credit card products. - Processing credit card applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the bank. - Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of credit card products and industry trends. - Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with cardholder concerns. - Collaborating with team members and sales managers to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns. - Staying compliant with all relevant regulatory guidelines and internal policies. - Preparing and submitting regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager. - Making outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest. - Updating customer information in the database as required. - Explaining product and service features to clients. - Passing on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable. - Upselling and cross-selling other products that may be useful for clients. - Understanding customers" needs and tailoring the service to meet their requirements. - Maintaining a patient, polite, and customer-focused telephone manner. - Following up calls with emails if necessary. Qualifications Required: - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other staff members. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems and their functions. - Resilient and positive nature. - Ability to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in the use of computers and their software. - Good interpersonal skills. - Good listening skills with high levels of attention to detail. - Ability to multitask. Note: Candidates with experience in credit cards, business loans, personal loans, and the financial services industry are preferred. This is a full-time position that requires a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education. Freshers or candidates with 6 months of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.,
