Personal Loan Consultant

As a Telesales Representative at our company, your role will involve calling customers to inform them about our products and services, with a focus on credit card offerings. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and prospecting potential customers through various channels - Conducting product presentations and explaining features, benefits, and terms of credit card products - Assessing customers" financial needs and eligibility for suitable credit card products - Processing credit card applications and ensuring complete documentation - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of credit card products and industry trends - Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Collaborating with team members and sales managers on effective sales campaigns - Staying compliant with regulatory guidelines and internal policies - Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to the sales manager - Making outgoing calls to advise customers on relevant products and services - Updating customer information in the database and processing sales contracts - Upselling and cross-selling products to meet clients" needs - Tailoring services to customers" specific requirements - Demonstrating patience, politeness, and a customer-focused telephone manner - Following up calls with emails when necessary Qualifications required for this role include: - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems - Resilient and positive attitude - Team player with the ability to achieve team goals - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in computer usage and software - Good interpersonal and listening skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask Education: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred Experience: - Freshers or 6 months of relevant experience preferred Please note that we are specifically seeking candidates with experience in credit cards, business loans, personal loans, and the financial services industry.,
