Job Summary:

Personal Assistant (PA)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily calendar, meetings, and travel for the Chairman
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the Chairman
  • Draft professional emails, documents, and reports
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Maintain basic accounts such as expense records, invoices, and petty cash
  • Follow up on key business and personal tasks
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and task tracking


Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Basic knowledge of accounts and MS Excel
  • Well-versed with MS Office and digital tools
  • Discretion, loyalty, and time management


Qualifications:

  • Graduate (preferably B.Com, BBA or related field)
  • 1–3 years of experience as PA / EA / Admin
  • Location: 

    Must be based in Vadodara
