Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Vadodara Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with field staff, handling driver onboarding processes, and supporting the launch and expansion activities across multiple cities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor daily field operations (driver onboarding, training, logistics). Ensure all operational tasks are executed as per company SOPs. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of drivers and field staff. Handle daily reporting and operational data management. Coordinate with different departments (tech, customer service, marketing). Resolve on-ground issues faced by drivers or customers in real-time. Maintain inventory of operational materials and resources. Provide support during city launches and special campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or field coordination (startup experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi and Gujarati preferred). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic tech tools. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
