About the Role

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to manage international golf

booking operations for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication

skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for delivering premium customer service. This

role involves close collaboration with international suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure

seamless end-to-end booking management.

Key Responsibilities

Core Booking & Coordination

• Handle international golf course bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate with global partners, golf courses, and vendors to secure tee times, hotel

bookings, transfers, and other services.

• Manage client queries and provide timely updates through email and phone.
• Work closely with the operations team for smooth execution of all services.

Supplier & Partner Management

• Identify and coordinate with international suppliers to support booking and service

requirements.

• Maintain and expand our catalogue of services for corporate programs and leisure

travellers.

Booking Administration & Operations

• Process and confirm all bookings
• Manage all related processes including escalation handling, supplier follow-ups,

payments, and operational communication.

• Maintain a comprehensive list of bookings and ensure accurate invoicing to Greenedge

every 60 days.

• Maintain booking records, documentation, and service logs with high accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (Mandatory).
• Hospitality Management graduates are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage international clients, partners, and different time zones.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and professional email etiquette.
• Prior experience in travel, golf tourism, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
