Role & responsibilities

  • Expert in developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring clarity in scope, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Effectively tracks timelines, deliverables, and stage gates, proactively addressing potential delays to keep projects on track and delivery targeted outcome.
  • Utilizes Critical Path Method (CPM) to evaluate project timelines, identifying key dependencies and optimizing schedules for efficiency.
  • Proficient in managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to maintain project stability.
  • Expert in leading structured discussions to drive actionable outcomes, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
  • Effectively presents complex insights using Power BI, SharePoint, and Project Plans, delivering clear and impactful reports.
  • Skilled in structuring and delivering presentations that simplify complex concepts for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Monitors project progress through structured tracking mechanisms, ensuring milestone adherence and risk mitigation.
  • Integrates Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods to identify key drivers behind project inefficiencies and optimize resolution strategies.
  • Aligns project schedules with business priorities, maintaining flexibility while ensuring timely execution.
  • Implements structured governance models to ensure accountability in tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
  • Drives governance and project meetings with a results-oriented approach, ensuring discussions translate into tangible outcomes.
  • Drives stakeholder alignment by effectively communicating project timeline dependencies and critical milestones.
  • Skilled in Integrated Change Control (ICC) to evaluate and manage scope modifications systematically.
  • Proficient in business writing, crafting persuasive proposals, structured reports, and executive summaries.
  • Leverages data-driven reporting and tracking tools to provide real-time visibility into project health and progress.
  • Good at using lean and quality principles to drive process efficiency and eliminate project bottlenecks.
