Project Management Lead

As a member of the Sales & Marketing team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in coordinating internal functions and stakeholders to ensure a smooth Order Lifecycle Process. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating the connection between various internal functions and stakeholders to ensure a smooth Order Lifecycle Process. - Tracking and optimizing the timely completion of Order Obligations to improve collections and reduce DSO. - Acting as a champion for continuous process improvement by coordinating between internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Creating standard work procedures around Pre-inspection Report (PIR), site readiness, and related coordination with customers and internal teams to facilitate smoother execution and enhance customer satisfaction. - Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance commercial productivity by streamlining internal processes and removing Muda (waste) from the Sales Process. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in project management, specifically in managing the Order Lifecycle Process. - Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly in the area of Order to Cash. - Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders. - Ability to track and optimize the timely completion of tasks and obligations. - Experience in continuous process improvement and implementing best practices. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
