Key Responsibilities: - Build solid project plans from scratch, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Lead project execution with a clear roadmap, anticipating and addressing blockers proactively. - Track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. - Communicate project status through reports, trackers, closure notes, and risk mitigation plans. - Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Define and enforce documentation best practices to enhance visibility and accountability. - Provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information to support decision-making. - Lead, mentor, and support project teams to deliver their best work. - Facilitate regular sync-ups, foster a positive team environment, and celebrate achievements. - Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure overall stakeholder satisfaction. - Efficiently allocate resources and monitor project budgets to control costs. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and continuously improve delivery processes. Qualification Required: - 5-7 years of project management experience in digital/design environments. - Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum is preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with UX/UI projects and digital product deliveries is advantageous. - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, Notion, or Zoho Projects. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising designers, developers, and business leads. - A strategic doer who seamlessly combines planning with execution.
