About the Role:

AI/ML Engineer 6

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, and LLaMA models.
• Integrate and deploy GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and other managed cloud-based AI services.
• Build, train, and optimize ML pipelines using Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain).
• Collaborate with product and data teams to define use cases and implement AI-driven features.
• Conduct prompt engineering, experimentation, and evaluation for LLM-based solutions.
• Monitor model performance, ensure scalability, and maintain versioning and reproducibility of models.
• Stay updated on the latest in GenAI, model APIs, and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
  

Required Technical Skills:

• 4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / AI development.
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  , with experience in

  AI/ML frameworks

   like

  PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers

  .
• Experience with

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

   from

  OpenAI

  ,

  Anthropic

  , or Metas LLaMA family.
• Deep understanding of GenAI paradigms, including prompt engineering,

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  , and fine-tuning.
• Proven experience with

  AWS

  , specifically

  AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda

  , etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for ML and deployment of inference endpoints in production environments.
• Experience with version control, containerization (Docker), and ML Ops workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong ownership mindset.
