Project Management Lead

As a Program Manager at our company, your role will involve overseeing and stabilizing an IT product within the Employee Benefits Domain in India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives. - Ensure AI solutions align with business goals and client needs. - Communicate AI opportunities to senior stakeholders and clients. - Lead and manage the AI team's day-to-day operations. Client Rollouts: - Manage the rollout of the product to clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption. - Gather feedback from clients to inform future product improvements. - Establish and oversee QA and support teams to ensure product quality and reliability. - Implement processes to streamline operations and reduce noise in product delivery. Moreover, the qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. - Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in IT product management, preferably in the Employee Benefits sector. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management best practices. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing senior stakeholders. - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.,
