Job Title: Call Centre Executive Location: Vadodara Company: Tez Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for our drivers and passengers. The ideal candidate will assist with queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between users and our operations team. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from drivers and customers and resolve their issues efficiently. Make outbound calls for driver onboarding, document verification, and follow-ups. Provide clear information about rides, payments, app usage, and policies. Record and update call logs, issues, and resolutions in the system. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department promptly. Maintain a polite, professional, and solution-oriented tone at all times. Adhere to call handling targets and quality standards. Requirements: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in customer support or call center roles. Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus).
