Job Title: Call Center Executive Education Sector (Lead Generation & Admissions)

Job Summary:

Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    outbound calls

    to prospective students and parents to generate leads and drive admissions.
  • Respond to

    inbound inquiries

    received through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information about

    courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.

  • Maintain and update the

    CRM/database

    with accurate lead information and call records.
  • Follow up on leads systematically and

    nurture prospects through the admission cycle.

  • Coordinate with the

    admissions and counseling teams

    to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly

    call and conversion targets.

  • Handle student queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Stay updated with the organization’s latest

    programs, policies, and offers

    to ensure accurate communication.
  • Participate in

    admission campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities

    when required.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

    (both English and regional languages).
  • Strong

    sales and persuasion skills

    with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently.
  • Good

    telephone etiquette

    and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with

    CRM or lead management software.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Minimum HSC to Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
  • Experience:

    • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling.
    • Experience in the

      education sector

      (schools, colleges, edtech, or training institutes) preferred.
  • Languages:

    Proficiency in English

    Marathi and Hindi

Compensation:

  • Rs. 15000/- to 20000/- Per Month

Work Schedule:

  • 09:00 to 18:00
  • 10:00 to 19:00
