Job Summary:

Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality.
Contribute to improving customer service processes and feedback systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Freshers may apply
; prior experience in customer service or BPO is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening ability and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
