Job Description

Role Overview:
This role is all about delivering frictionless customer experience. You’ll handle inbound calls, resolve queries quickly, and keep the system updated with accurate information.

Job Timing:
11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all incoming customer calls with clarity and professionalism.
  • Provide quick, solution-driven responses to customer queries.
  • Update call details and customer information in the system in real time.
  • Maintain quality benchmarks and hit daily productivity targets.
  • Highlight recurring issues or customer pain points to the team.
  • Follow company guidelines around data accuracy and privacy.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
  • Basic computer handling and comfort with CRM tools.
  • Calm, patient, and able to handle customer pressure.
  • Prior customer support experience is a bonus, not a must.

Work Environment:

  • Customer-centric, fast-moving setup.
  • You’ll work closely with support and ops for smooth coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,363.57 - ₹15,000.00 per month
