Job Description

Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and support all IT systems including servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and communication systems. Ensure uptime and reliability of business-critical systems. User Support: Provide Level 2/3 support for system, hardware, and software issues. Supervise Helpdesk team and ensure prompt resolution of issues. System Administration: Manage Active Directory, firewall, VPN, cloud services (Google Workspace/O365), and email configurations. Oversee backups, disaster recovery planning, and execution. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Monitor network and systems for security breaches or potential vulnerabilities. Ensure antivirus and patch management systems are up-to-date. Support audits and implement IT policies and standards. IT Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain an up-to-date IT inventory. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, AMC, and service agreements. Project Management: Lead implementation of new IT initiatives like system upgrades, ERP integration, or network expansions. Work with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support procedures. Generate periodic reports on IT performance and incidents.
