Job Description Position The Executive Secretary to the Director/CEO is responsible for providing direct administrative support to the Director/CEO . This role includes a wide range of tasks such as managing the Director/CEO schedule, handling communications, preparing reports, and coordinating events. The executive secretary acts as a point of contact between the Director/CEO and internal / External stakeholders. Role & responsibilities Manage and maintain the Director/CEO calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents for the Director/CEO . Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between the Director/CEO and other departments or external partners Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and other events. Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the Director/CEO Maintain office systems, including data management and filing. Need to travel locally and internationally [USA] based on the meeting schedules. Preferred candidate profile Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
