Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, located in Tiruppur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director’s diary, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, handling administrative tasks, and offering general executive support. Additional duties may include preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication between the Director and key stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance tasks.
  • Experience with Clerical Skills, such as record-keeping and document organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar tools is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
