Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting the organization's leadership by coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes - Handle asset management and email management - Liaise with real estate coordinates, external and internal stakeholders - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information - Ensure smooth communication across departments and alignment on directives - Monitor and respond to emails and communication on behalf of the MD - Organize events, conferences, and board meetings - Provide assistance during family gatherings and events Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 3 to 6 years of experience as a PA - Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization - Willingness to travel for work - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word,
